When and where is CyberArk Impact 2020?
CyberArk Impact 2020 will be held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas from May 11th – 14th. The Hilton Anatole is located at 2201 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX, 75207. Click here for a high-level overview of the agenda.
Do the sessions at Impact count for CPE credits?
Yes. Attendees are responsible for submitting their credits directly to ISC2 (or relevant organization).
Are there any opportunities for certification at the conference?
Yes – more than ever!
CyberArk certification is designed for various roles and levels of experience, each introducing progressively more advanced and challenging material and exams. You can work up to the level that best aligns with your responsibilities and career ambitions (Levels 2 & 3 are offered at the event). The CyberArk certification validates your expertise and opens up further professional opportunities. For more details on the CyberArk Certification programs, please visit https://training.cyberark.com/.
Certification testing will be provided throughout Impact at no additional cost (a $200 value).
I noticed Impact is four days long. Am I required to attend all days of the event?
Not necessary, but we also want to ensure you are maximizing your investment and getting to as many sessions as possible! Feedback from last year was that attendees liked the flexibility and additional sessions pre and post conference training days (Monday & Thursday) offered so we stuck with it. Feel free to attend either, neither or both! View our agenda at a glance here to get a sense of the week.
What is the nightly hotel rate?
CyberArk has secured a special discounted nightly rate at the Hilton Anatole. The negotiated rate is $249/night + taxes and fees (although the resort fee is included!). All room reservations must be made through the CyberArk event registration system to guarantee the negotiated rates.
What if I need to cancel my hotel?
Hotel rooms can be cancelled without penalty until April 10th, 2020.
Can I stay additional nights outside the event dates?
Yes. To book additional nights outside of the event dates, please do so during the registration process. The event rate is available based on hotel occupancy, and is not guaranteed, so we recommend that you book early.
How do I register?
Register online by clicking here and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email once you complete registration.
How many people can my organization send?
There is no limit to the number of attendees from your organization! And CyberArk Impact has a great mix of sessions for a variety of attendees – from business sessions to technical labs, and opportunities for executive alignment to networking time for CyberArk users.
Is there a discount for sending multiple people from our company?
Yes - Take advantage of our special offer of Buy 4 Get 1 free!
Email email@example.com once you have registered 4 of your employees in order to receive your code for a free 5th pass! To take advantage of this offer, the code must be used at time of registration of the 5th attendee. We will not credit or refund a pass for an attendee who has already registered.
Can my family or friends join the conference and/or evening events?
Yes! While the sessions and opening cocktail are intended to be business events, we will be offering passes to bring your guests to our party during the event. Please note this event is 18+. Stay tuned for additional info and the option to purchase a guest pass once the agenda is published.
I am unable to attend Impact. Can I invite a colleague?
Yes, please forward your colleague the registration link you have received from CyberArk.
What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code for the conference is business casual. The dress code for evening events is casual.
Can I register on-site?
Yes, but you will be required to pay the higher on-site price of $1199. Regular registration pricing ends at 5 PM EST on Friday, May 8th.
What is the cost to attend?
Conference pricing is consistent for CyberArk customers and partners and is detailed below. The prices are for a full conference pass and include access to all days of the event and any keynote, breakout session, training or lab offered. Hotel accommodations, air travel, transportation between hotel and airport, as well as any other incidental expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
- Early Bird Pricing – $799 - Nov 1st – Jan 31st
- Regular Pricing - $999 – February 1st – May 8th
- On-Site Pricing - $1199 – May 9th – May 14th
Why is there a fee to attend?
As Impact has grown, so has the value we’re providing to attendees and their business. We want to continue offering the highest quality content, trainings, labs and certification opportunities, in order to help attendees progress their security posture and maximize their organization’s investment. A paid registration model allows us to continue to elevate the event experience for all attendees. Impact is unique in the sense that you pay a single fee for a full conference pass and have access to any and all trainings, certifications, breakouts, labs and night events. No hidden fees for extra days or sessions!
In previous years a code has been required to register. Is that the case in 2020?
No! Go ahead and register directly through the site with your business email.
I see the numbers after sessions (001), (002), etc. What does this mean?
The numbers after session names (001), (002) do not indicate levels, just separate timeslots. A session with the same name is the same content. So, for example, there is no need to register for Intro to PAS (001) and Intro to PAS (002), unless you want the exact same content twice.
I have additional questions about the event. Who should I contact?
